Cosmo's Mini Hub is truly my own little passion project as an SF bay area loan officer,

Hello 大家好，我叫Cosmo，2018年从中国上海搬到美国旧金山湾区定居，现就职于华夏佳景金融和地产公司（Goodview Financial & Real Estate Corporation）。
2019年对于我来说是一个学习的年份：在社区大学我参加了ESL班，亲身感受到美中教育方式的不同；在Goodview地产学校我学习了房地产的各种知识，顺利拿到了加州Salesperson执照，成为了一名房地产经纪人；继而通过培训和自学参加了贷款经纪考试，获得了加州贷款经执照，成为了一名贷款经纪人。相较之下，10几年金融相关领域的工作经验使我感觉贷款经纪人更加适合我，以往积累的知识和经验也让我在业务方面很快上手。
在日常工作中，我深感书本上的知识不足以应对现实中的真实需求，拥有执照和成为一名优秀的经纪人完全是两回事；与此同时，我发现在美的华人大都非常努力，相当一部分人具有很强的学习能力。于是，我开立这个小站，把自己学习、工作、生活中的积累跟大家一起分享，希望能够让浏览小站的朋友节省一些时间和精力，如果你也感兴趣就一起来加入吧。
